About the Action Radiant-Team

Since 1981 Action Computer has provided IT services to the Southeast.  In 2006 we allied with additional Counterpoint professionals to expand our product and service offerings.  Many of our team members have over twenty years experience in the IT and Point-of-Sale fields.  With our team concept we cover most of Florida, South Georgia, and South Alabama.  Team members are located in Jacksonville Florida, Tampa Florida, Tallahassee Florida, and Dothan Alabama. 

In addition to selling and servicing Point-of-Sale systems we offer remote monitoring services, remote network management services and remote backup services.  Action is and IBM/Lenovo Business Partner and IBM/Lenovo Authorized Service Center.

Our company installers provide on-site installation services (site survey, cable installation, hardware installation, and hardware relocation) in Southeast Alabama, South Georgia, an Northern Florida.   Through our contract service  we can install your system anywhere in the continental USA.

Our remote deployment services capability lets us remotely install your software and train your people anywhere you have a high speed Internet connection.  (We have remotely deployed customers as far away as the state of Washington, and New York.)
